How long does delivery take?
Our saunas and cold plunges are handcrafted to order. Please allow 35 to 40 working days for production, followed by shipping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States and Canada. Alaska and Hawaii orders incur a $1,000 shipping surcharge.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
How is my sauna or cold plunge delivered?
Your order is delivered by a freight carrier with curbside white-glove delivery. The carrier will coordinate delivery details with you.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
PRODUCTS
What is the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?
Infrared saunas heat your body directly at lower temperatures, while traditional saunas heat the surrounding air to higher temperatures.
What wood are your saunas made from?
The Lumin infrared range is made from Canadian Hemlock. The Auris traditional range is made from Red Cedar.
How many people fit in each sauna?
Lumin One fits 1 to 2 people, Lumin Two fits 2 people, Lumin Three fits 3 people, Auris One fits 1 to 2 people, and Auris Two fits 3 to 4 people.
Does the Auris Two include a heater?
Yes. The Orivon in-house Auris Two heater is included as standard.
What temperature does the Orivon Frost reach?
The Orivon Frost reaches 37°F to 108°F, or 3°C to 42°C.
Is the Frost Cold Plunge plug-and-play?
Yes. It is available for 110V or 220V and uses a standard outlet.
INSTALLATION & SETUP
Do I need an electrician?
Infrared saunas use a standard 110V outlet. For an Auris traditional sauna, we recommend using a licensed electrician for the heater installation.
Is assembly required?
Only minimal assembly is required. Detailed instructions are included, and most customers complete setup in a few hours.
Can saunas be used outdoors?
The Auris range is outdoor-rated. The Lumin range is designed for indoor use.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy?
Because our products are custom-built, they cannot be returned once production has started. For damage claims, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What warranty do you offer?
The Lumin range includes a 1-year warranty, the Auris range includes a 5-year warranty, and the Frost Cold Plunge includes a 1-year warranty.
