Refund & Return Policy

At Solarium Glacier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are large, premium wellness items shipped directly from our supplier, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Please contact us at sales@solariumglacier.com before returning any item — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been assembled, used, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned. Custom-order configurations are also non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a restocking fee if the item has already been dispatched from our supplier.
