At Solarium Glacier, every order ships completely free — no hidden fees, no freight surprises. We offer complimentary delivery across the contiguous United States and Canada, because an investment of this calibre deserves a seamless experience from the moment you order to the moment your unit arrives at your door.

Alaska & Hawaii

Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $1,000 freight surcharge due to the additional logistics involved in reaching these destinations. This will be clearly noted at checkout.

Handcrafted to Order

Every Solarium Glacier unit is handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 35 to 40 working days from order confirmation for production and dispatch. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

White-Glove Curbside Delivery

Your order is delivered with white-glove curbside service. Our freight partner will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the item, as re-delivery fees may apply.

Shipping Area

We ship across the contiguous United States and Canada. Alaska and Hawaii deliveries are available with a $1,000 freight surcharge. We do not ship to other US territories at this time. For international enquiries, please contact us at sales@solariumglacier.com.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at sales@solariumglacier.com with photos. We will make it right.
