These Terms & Conditions govern all access to and use of the website solariumglacier.com and all purchases made through it, operated by SolariumGlacier Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand.

1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges are shown or determined as part of the checkout and delivery process and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice, provided changes do not affect confirmed orders.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment is required before dispatch. You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing an order, provided it has not entered production or been dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout New Zealand and to selected international destinations. Lead times for large items such as cold plunge tubs and sauna units may range from several days to several weeks. Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk passes to you upon delivery; inspect products promptly and report transit damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

We comply fully with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For change-of-mind returns, unused, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days, less outbound shipping costs. Return shipping for large items (cold plunge tubs, sauna units) is at the customer's cost. Made-to-order products may be excluded. For faulty or misdescribed goods, we cover return shipping costs. 6. Warranty

All products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

SolariumGlacier products are designed for general wellness and recreational use only. They are not medical devices. If you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, high or low blood pressure, or any other health concern, consult a physician before use. Cold water immersion and heat therapy carry inherent risks. Never use products while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or contrary to the safety instructions provided. Use is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act 1986. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including personal injury from misuse or property damage from improper installation. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

9. Privacy
